tsp baking powder

cup rolled oats

1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small square pan or loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it. 2 Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, stir together flour, oats, cinnamon, and baking powder (if using). 3 Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk the egg, yogurt, and milk until smooth. 4 Combine: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped pears (or apples). The batter should be thick but spreadable! 5 Pour into pan: Spread the batter evenly. 6 Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the top is lightly golden. 7 Cool completely in the pan, then slice into baby-friendly strips or squares.View original recipe
