Almond Flour Pancakes

What you need

cup almond milk

tsp coconut sugar

tsp vanilla extract

cup almond flour

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

coconut oil

maple syrup
Instructions
1 Whisk together eggs, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract. 2 Mix inĀ almond flour, baking powder and sea salt. 3 Preheat a skillet over medium-heat on the stove with butter/ghee. Add batter to skillet, forming a round pancake shape about 1/4 inch thick. 4 Cook until little bubbles form around the edges (about 2-3 mins), then flip and cook other side for another 1-2 minutes.
