Ahi Tuna Sushi Bowl with Spicy Mayo Sauce

These sushi bowls are fresh, nutritious and have a delicious mix of different textures and flavors! Crunchy carrots, creamy avocado slices and fresh ahi tuna with drizzles of spicy mayo!

What you need

tbsp crab

cup carrot

cup edamame

bread

cup seaweed

Furikake

sesame seed
cup short grain rice

cup water

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp sugar

tsp salt

cup mayonnaise

tbsp sriracha
Instructions
0 Prepare sushi rice with just rice and water - cook in a rice cooker or small pot on the stovetop. 1 While rice is cooking, prepare toppings. Dice up ahi tuna and toss with sriracha mayo. Leave to side. 2 Shred carrots, slice avocado and prepare edamame. 3 Add all of rice in a large bowl and toss in rice vinegar, sugar and sea salt to toss. Mix well! 4 Build sushi bowls by adding a bed of rice on the bottom of bowl, top with crab, carrots, edamame, avocado, seaweed salad and ahi tuna!
