6-ingredient Turkey & Egg Muffins (Easy Meal Prep and Breakfast)

Here's an easy meal prep idea to make ahead of time! These are made with simply ground turkey, veggies of choice, eggs and seasonings! I like to make a batch of these weekly and store them in my fridge for when I want a quick bite!

What you need

cup baby spinach

cup broccoli florets

egg nog

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

garlic powder

cup shredded cheese
Instructions
3 Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a muffin tin with liners or spray. 0 Preheat pan to medium heat with olive oil. Add ground turkey to cook, add in broccoli to soften and baby spinach to wilt. Remove from pan and add into a mixing bowl. 1 Wait for 5 minutes before cracking in eggs to prevent them from cooking. Whisk in shredded cheese if using, salt, pepper and garlic powder. 2 Divide egg mixture into muffin tins and fill until 3/4 full. Bake for 14-15 minutes until tops bubble.View original recipe
