Udon is a thick chewy noodle used in Japanese cuisine! Yaki is a stir-fried dish which includes meat and veggies in a soy sauce based sauce. This is a delicious blend of flavors with stir-fried chicken and bok choy! You can make extras to have leftovers because you'd want more after your first bite!
Stir-fry sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together stir-fry sauce. Leave to side.
Preheat a large pan to medium heat with sesame oil and add in chicken to cook until done. Push to side scallions and bok choy to cook for 3 minutes until tender.
Add in udon noodles and stir-fry noodles to toss. Mix evenly until noodles are completely coated! Serve immediately with more scallions on top if desired!
